Staying connected

We love the North, the people, the places, and the communities. What better way to celebrate our cities, towns, villages, hamlets and more, than to talk about what we love about them the most.

We have developed some ways we can stay connected and share our stories whilst we are apart.

packFamily activity pack

The People’s Powerhouse team have developed a pack of activities you can do as a family, to express how you feel about where you live in a time where we are unable to enjoy our communities fully.

Download the pack and email us your completed activities so we can share your wonderful creations.

Sharing stories

Sharing stories about our communities is a great way to feel connected and celebrate our neighbourhoods.

If you are over 60 and grew up in the North of England we would love to hear stories and pictures of what your community was like when you were a child.

We will then send them with local schools to share with their pupils both in school and those who are home schooling
